Hose issues/troubles drive me crazy! The one lesson I’ve learned is you get what you pay for. I’ve gone to the store, purchased cheap supplies that you can see aren’t built well, and it’s not even worth it. You end up fighting and struggling with your hose, and it’s just a mess. Ugh, not fun! The bubbler looks great, I would love to give that a try. I’m in the market for a good sprinkler right now, and the Pattern Master Circular Sprinkler looks great! Thanks for the great giveaway :)
I’m currently doing all hand watering. It takes forever, but like HH mentioned, it’s a good opportunity to check in with everything on a regular basis. Sometimes I water container plants from the bottom with a saucer of water. This seems especially helpful for containers that tend to dry out quickly.

I like to water my plants at the end of the day so that the sun doesn’t dry out the water instantly.
I could use a reliable watering tool. It seems all the ones I have are broken in some way. These sound like they are very well made. I do have a lot to water so, some great tools would be wonderful. thank you!
I have always watered in the morning and save rainwater in a garbage can converted into a rain bucket just for that job.
I am watering by wand only this year. Takes a long time, but I enjoy getting my eyes on all my plants each day!!

Love the tip about running the first part of hot water into a jug so I can use on my plants. My tip would be to get a rainbarrel and use the runoff from the gutters to water your plants….at least that’s what I do for half of my garden.
I love that too! I always use the water from washing salad greens, so not the rest?! Rain water is even better!

we spent money on garden mats last year and it made a difference with the watering, the plants did not dry out as quickly and the weeds were down to a minimum. When I need hot water, I run the water into my watering can instead of letting it go down the drain. I now have water for my plants.

I water early morning or later afternoon.
I don’t have a green thumb but my husband does, he is always outside landscaping the house.
I converted an old garbage can to a rain barrel (with my husband’s help) so I can always water my veggie garden and I put one at the front of the house this year for the hydrangeas. I also bought a hose reel that is water powered to retract and it pushes the water out into whereever you put the hose so I can keep the herb garden and other beds adequately watered as well without wasting water!

I always have to remember when I’m watering my garden that we have passive water and it has a lot of dirt and debris in it–as much as I want to use a soaker hose, it would just never work! These tools will be really helpful when I’m watering from my potted plants from the house water!
